DANCE CLASSES
• DC1 All dance classes (fees) should be paid for in advance, through our website (www.hugglescotedanceanddrama.co.uk). Fees are charged on a monthly basis.
• DC2 Classes and private lessons should be purchased through our website
(www.hugglescotedanceanddrama.co.uk/hdad-store) and must be paid in full by midnight on the 3rd of the month to which they apply.
• DC3 Discounts will not be applied to fees paid after 24:00 on the 3rd of the month.
• DC4 Based on the amount spent on dance classes only (this does not include 1-1's) a month, the following discounts are
applied to Grand Totals of: £100.00 or more will be 10% off the total
• DC5 Fees are not refundable.
• DC6 If you are unable to attend a class due to circumstances beyond your control (determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration), we may be able to offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session.
• DC7 Should any pupil wish to discontinue any class or leave Hugglescote Dance And Drama (HDAD), fees for any unused classes will not be refunded.
• DC8 If HDAD cancels a class, you will be entitled to a refund or be given the option of an alternative make-up session.
UNIFORM & DANCEWEAR
• UD1 At HDAD we expect all students to have our basic uniform after 6 weeks with us. Our basic uniform is (a) HDAD leotard or skirted leotard, (b) ballet tights or socks and (c) canvas ballet shoes.
• UD2 All uniform and dancewear should be purchased through our website
(www.hugglescotedanceanddrama.co.uk).
• UD3 There is no minimum order spend.
• UD4 Check your details carefully - we cannot be held responsible if you have not given us your correct sizes, address, or email.
• UD5 Incorrect orders must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order. After this time we do not accept responsibility for replacing these items.
• UD6 Orders are usually made to order, so please expect up to a 21-days from order to delivery during busy periods.
• UD7 If you need to return your item to us please let us know by e-mailing chezza@hugglescotedanceanddrama.co.uk, explaining the reasons so we can rectify.You can do so within 30 days. Items to be returned in-person during HDAD Studio opening times.
• UD8 Please notify us immediately in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item. We will rectify the problem as quickly and painlessly as we possibly can.
• UD9 Once an item has been returned your replacement will be with you within in 14 days.We will do our upmost to do it quicker!
• UD10 In the event of a price change with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our pricing accordingly without notice.
• UD11 Requirements for costumes and accessories for Festival Team students are specified in the ‘FESTIVAL TEAM’ section of these Terms & Conditions.
• UD12 Students must be properly groomed for all lessons, this means correct uniform, hair and shoes. Girls' hair should be tied in a secure bun for ballet lessons and a ponytail for all other disciplines. All fringes must be off the face.
FESTIVAL TEAM
• FT1 When we book for festivals, we have to pay our entry fees by return, even if the dates seem a long way away. You will receive a separate invoice for each festival with a due date clearly shown.
• FT2 For solos it’s your responsibility to choose, buy, look after (and remember to bring)costumes and the props and bits and make-up to go with them. We are always here to advise (we’ve been to a lot of festivals!) – you just have to ask. It is important that the
costume goes with the music, is age appropriate and allows the dancer to perform their moves!
• FT3 For duets, trios, quartets, and troupes it is also your responsibility to buy, look after etc, but we will recommend what you get so that everything coordinates. Although being part of a Festival Team is very exciting and (usually) lots of fun, we know that, unfortunately
it costs, so you can trust us to try and find the very best deals. These will be available to purchase through our website (www.hugglescotedanceanddrama.co.uk).
PAYMENTS
• P1 All payments – for everything – should be made through our website (www.hugglescotedanceanddrama.co.uk).
• P2 We accept payments by credit and debit cards.
• P3 Payments by credit or debit cards are subject to verification checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer refuses payment authorisation, we are unable to complete your order.
• P4 Only one discount code can be applied to each order. The website will not process multiple discount codes.
• P5 HDAD reserves the right to withdraw or change any offer, discount or promotion at any time without notice and with immediate effect.
